Well, not to much to say, since it was all said a couple of days ago.
Sunday was probably one of the best Sunday’s I’ve had on my mission.
They finally called a new Branch President and so that was such a huge
deal. The Branch is honestly hanging on by a string and for the past
couple weeks I’ve just been waiting for it to dive bomb. But now with
a Branch President we’ve at least got a plan A and a plan B instead of
just a secretary telling people to talk in sacrament meeting. After
church that day it was a little baptism by fire, with a couple of people asking for money... I’m sure that was fun for the new president. His name is Bila by the way. We baptized his daughter. Later that day we went over to his house and spent 2 hours on training. Best 2 hours I think I’ve spent on my mission. It was great. So hopefully things will explode. Made my week. Anyway. Things are great. It was fun talking to you guys. Sounds like New York was fun and Andrew’s little event went well. Well, that’s about it for this week in Africa! Love you guys and miss you!
